The HUD Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) Rapid ReHousing (RRH) and Transitional Housing (TH) Program grant provides housing and supportive services to youth and young adults ages 18 - 24 who are experiencing homelessness.
The HUD Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program grant provides housing and supportive services to persons 18 years and older who have medically documented disabling health conditions and are experiencing chronic homelessness.
The HUD Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) Supportive Services Only (SSO) Program grant, administered through the Coalition for the Homeless, provides coordinated entry assessments, referrals, and housing navigation services to youth and young adults ages 18 - 24 who are experiencing homelessness.
This grant provided supported services to at-risk youth and young adults with support via case management, counseling, housing referral, service coordination and education services in Harris County.
The Houston Fund for Social Justice and Economic Equity Open for Business Grant The Open for Business grant provided unique funding for small businesses and non-profit agencies in the Houston area. The grant provided funding for a vehicle and equipment in support of agency operations.
