Program areas at Array Education
Array Education's various programs have achieved meaningful accomplishments in the year ended june 30, 2023. The college scholars program served 420 individuals, including 223 students who received scholarships. The purpose program served 625 educators across 94 schools to enable them to teach and instill purpose in their students. The global Education program partnered with 22 organizations in 14 countries to develop and scale effective schools to improve student learning globally. This program spun out of Array Education to become an independent 501(c)3 organization, marking a successful end to its incubation at Array Education. The literacy program partnered with 14 organizations to support approximately 60 schools serving approximately 30,000 students across the u.s. to support high quality reading instruction powered by the science of reading. The career-focused college program operated a career jumpstart program for young adults and launched a learn and earn internship for high school students, serving 50 participants overall. A new program that develops and distributes professional development tools and trainings transitioned into Array Education from another 501(c)3 organization; it partnered with over 200 schools, districts, and Education organizations to provide professional development training and/or instructional tools to over 1,200 teachers.
