Program areas at Together Rising As An Environmental Community
The capacity building program: trec provided highly intensive, customized training, consulting, and coaching to over 100 organizations in targeted regions within western north america. As a result of trec's services, client organizations developed systems and tools that enabled them to use their resources more efficiently in meeting their missions. This program allowed organizations and individuals to receive high-quality assistance that they would not otherwise be able to afford in our core offering areas: boards; campaigns & organizing, diversity, equity, & inclusion and culture; fundraising & development; fiscal management; networks, collaborations, & coalitions; human resources & supervision; intentional leadership; strategic planning; and executive director support & planning. Trecs consulting, virtual & in-person programming addressed the challenges and needs facing non-profit leaders, organizations, and networks in western north america. Clients gained skills for managing staff, leading teams, time management, strategic planning, diversity, equity, and inclusion, fiscal management, fundraising, personnel management and more. Along with our ongoing custom consulting support for organizations and individuals, in 2023 we delivered 12 webinars in our core areas As well As four virtual cohort trainings in dei, fundraising, facilitation, and board development. We held five weeks of in-person cohort training As well - two cohorts of leadership development training for a total of 32 participants, As well As a leadership alumni training program for 16 participants.
