Tony Schneiderman Charitable Trust

The organization is organized exclusively for Charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The organization shall provide Charitable disbursements of annual income and principal sufficient to satisfy the section 4942 distribution requirement to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code.
