Program areas at Tools Up Foundation

Ten week pre-apprentiship program designed to introduce students to various trades within the construction industty. In 2023 we had over 225 young adults applied for our construction workforce development pre-apprenticeship program and had 99% attendance rate, 90% passed construction vocational exams and 80% of those interested in continuing to pursue a construction career, successfully transitioned into construction jobs.
