Housing stability counseling program - support housing counseling for households facing housing instability, such as eviction, dafault, foreclosure, loss of income or homelessness. Provide information for homeowners and resenting seeking access to services and resources. 48 clients facing mortgage default were counseled on foreclosure prevention. Housing couseling was provided for 7 clients regarding non deliquency post purchase for refinance, repairs and early payoffs. 76 clients were assisted with rental resources and landlord help17 participants received homeless counseling resources.
Homebuyer education/counseling - Totally Free Inc provided education and financial literacy workshop empowering a clients purchase. 4 workshops were held in 2022 with a total attendance of 75. 65 clients received a full spectrum of housing counseling, including personalized plans for mortgage readiness. Group education and a mortgage default workshop were offered.
Home equity conversion mortages and reverse mortgage counseling - assisted seniors who seek to convert part of the equity in their home to cash. Totally Free counseled 1,093 clients in 2022.
