Program areas at Towson Chamber of Commerce
Sponsored "feet on the street", weekly block parties held on friday evenings from may through september. The organization provides live entertainment & children's activities for the community in order to promote local businesses.the Chamber also sponsored "rocktoberfest", a music festival in october in Towson, as well as a "garden day and "spring festival".all activities are to promote local businesses and merchants in the Towson area.
Held business networking events for members of the Chamber to promote local businesses & merchants, and to promote growth of businesses in Towson, Maryland.
Managed "beautification of Towson" project in baltimore county which included landscaping and planting seasonal flowers in Towson. The project included sponsoring "Towson clean-up days". Additionally, on a weekly basis, the organization supervised 80 hours of community clean-up & provided streetscape improvements.
