In 2023 Tractors for Africa (tfa) supported Tractors for Africa foundation ghana (tfaf) with 250,000 in grants. The program successfully reached 709 farmers, directly creating a positive impact on an estimated 3,545 people, with 89% of the beneficiary farmers being women. The farm input support and mechanization services resulted in a remarkable doubling of the supported farmers' yields in northern ghana. Also in 2023, tfaf demonstrated commitment to workforce diversity by hiring and training additional seven women as tractor operators and field coordinators.
