Trail Recreation Effingham County (TREC)

The organization successfully constructed more than two miles of Trail and an elevated walkway and a bridge prior to 7/1/2012. During the year ended 6/30/14, the organization completed construction of phase 3, adding approximately two more miles to the Trail system. During the year ended 6/30/16, the organization entered a contract to construct phase 4, to connect the Trail to a pedestrian bridge over the freeway. Such construction was partially completed during the year ended 6/30/17. Phase 4 was completed during the year ended 6/30/18.
