Adult protective Services (aps) provides state mandated Services to individuals suffering from mental and/or physical impairments. These individuals are unable to manage their own resources, carry out the activities of daily living or protect themselves from abuse, neglect, exploitation or other hazardous situations and have no one available and willing to assist them. Services are designed to prevent or eliminate risk factors by strengthening the individual's capacity to function and to self direct.
