The business development program builds capacity and provides technical support to help refugee and immigrant farmers build small Farm businesses through various marketing outlets and Community sales as well as a vegetable subscription program (csa)
Leadership development program builds capacity, knowledge and leadership opportunities at Transplanting Traditions for local refugee and immigrant leaders and program participants.
The food access program addresses food insecurity in the greater refugee and immigrant Community through providing land for growing and emergency food donations to food insecure families that are grown by refugee farmers.
Refugee teen leadership program focused on leadership development through food justice activism, environmental and social justice
Childrens program cultivates Community, academic success and cultural knowledge for refugee children through an annual farm-based summer camp and academic year tutoring and mentoring
