Fiscal Sponsorship - providing fiscal sponsor services for The McKenzie Project, Inc., a Black Trans led organization providing resources, HIV prevention and treatment linkage, entrepreneurial programs, and case management to community members. Total number of persons served: 500
Name & Gender Marker Change Program: pro bono legal services and pro se filing assistance for clients that includes name and gender marker change assistance and ID update assistance. Number of persons benefited: 150
Case Management Services: affirming referrals; transportation assistance; emergency utility bill assistance; emergency food assistance; and medication copay assistance. Number of persons benefited: 300
TLGBQ+ Cultural Sensitivity Training for businesses, healthcare providers and organizations to expand safe and affirming resources for the community. Number of persons benefited: 500.
General Programs - supplies and materials for all programs, including food, safety kits, furnishings, consumables like paper goods and cleaning supplies, management software subscriptions and other general operating expenses.
TransConnect - peer support groups and social events to promote community building and visibility, includes virtual resource fairs and in person meetings.
Collaborations: Raise Up South Florida (formerly CORE Alliance) educating LGBTQ+ workers in South Florida about wage theft, employment discrimination protections, and human rights protections and linking clients to resources and legal assistance. Number of persons served: 650
The Joy & Liberation Centers:Safe spaces in Miami and Broward for TGNC people to gather and find community, services, resources, food, personal hygiene and safety items, and peer support groups. Number of people benefitted: 1000
