Our mission is to provide comprehensive behavioral health services (prevention, intervention, treatment, continuing care) for youth, adults, families & communities. Our mission is to provide, through various programs, drug and alcohol prevention and intervention services assisting individuals, schools and communities.

Community organization grants: provide funding for community and not-for- profit organizations to establish and maintain programs affecting the reduction of substance abuse. Education support grants: provide funding to public school programs educating teachers and staff in recognizing and providing support services for substance abuse and mental health disorders. Treatment subsidy: provide funding for adults with insufficient funding for their substance abuse treatment.
