Early childhood and family development programs promote early learning and family stability by building parent confidence and skills, supporting family and children who have been affected by addiction, and strengthening fathers roles in the their children's lives through in-home visitation programming, and targeted family and parent learning opportunities and group connections with the goal of ensuring children become lifelong learners, and adults are successful parents.
Housing security programming ensures people can live in the Community of their choice through utility assistance programming, and supportive services in targeted housing communities.
Employment, education and financial empowerment programs create opportunities for adults to gain skills to become more financial established, earn living/family sustaining wages, and meet the needs of their households through long-term case management and career readiness efforts with the goal of ensuring people earn enough to support their families and people have the resources they need.
Community development works with targeted neighborhoods to expand opportunity and hope by building vibrant communities so residents are lifted up, and physical transformations occur while ensuring people have the social capital and skills to advocate for themselves.
