Program areas at Trillium Woods Resident Association
Associate Appreciation Holiday Gift Program:The Associate Appreciation Fund Committee operating under the auspices of the Resident Council (Board of Directors) provided cash gifts to 207 employees of Trillium Woods in December 2022 amounting to $300,755. Individual gifts or tips are not allowed at Trillium Woods. Each hourly associate on employee rolls as of the end of Nov 2022, received the same amount per hour of work in the preceding 12 months. Each salary associate received the fixed amount per month worked. In December 2021 the fund provided gifts to 177 associates amounting to $279,203. Non-deductible resident donations to this program are restricted in use only to the annual associate gift program.
The Library Committee is responsible for the operation of the library locations through out the Trillium Woods campus. In the fiscal year the committee spent $683.24 for the purchase of new books. Books that are removed from circulation are donated to a charity.
Resident Community Garden: The Landscape Committee and the Resident Council have supported the creation of a community garden for the use of residents. The program maintains garden plots and fencing, updates safety features and provides new programs to share the gardening experience with residents. $1,029 was spent in fiscal year ending June 2023. Funds were provided by the Resident Council.
