Trillium Woods Resident Association

Associate Appreciation Holiday Gift Program:The Associate Appreciation Fund Committee operating under the auspices of the Resident Council (Boarrd of Directors) provided cash gifts to 240 employees of Trillium Woods in December 2023 amounting to $318,773. Each Hourly Associate on the employee rolls as of the end of November 2023 received the same amount per hour of service provided in the preceding 12 months.All Salary Associates received equal total amounts. Non-deductible resident donations to this program are restricted in use only for the annual associate gift program.

Resident Community Garden: Group of Trillium Woods residents maintain the Garden Area and plant produce for themselves and other Trillium Woods residents.

Trillium Woods Woodshapers Committee provides woodworking services to Trillium Woods Residents. Examples are furniture repairs and other small woodworking projects. Residents who receive the services pay for materials and make voluntary donations for the work performed.
