Program areas at True North Leadership Foundation
Student athlete events - 10 events were held during the year serving approximately 600 student athletes (ages 5 - 22) received training from executive coaches on leadership principles and received leadership books, bibles, devotionals and other materials, applicable to their age, at no cost for their further study.
Held 5 leadership, team building and disc training for 14 athletic coaches and 20-30 student athletes, including training and education on leadership principles and disc profiles. Books and other materials were provided at no cost to the coaches and students.
Distribution of leadership resources - john maxwell leadership bibles, devotionals and workbooks were distributed to student athletes at events described in statement 1 above. The Foundation partnered with fellowship of christian athletes and liberty university in the development of an interactive bible designed, gospel of john devotional and a "10 traits of a godly man" journal for student athletes. Provided leadership skills, prayer and resources at no cost to 2 pastors, and their families and 14 active military and veterans and their families.
