Program areas at True North Treks NFP

The signature program of True North Treks is to provide free backpacking and canoeing treks in wilderness destinations where survivors and caregivers may connect with nature, connect with peers, and connect with themselves. True North Treks also offers free health promotion support and coaching to all alumni, as well as free yoga and meditation classes to cancer survivors and caregivers at select medical treatment facilities.
