Provide educational and cultural opportunities and encourage participation in the appreciation of the Arts and cultural programs among residents of Tuscarawas and surrounding counties. Serve as a focal point to design, operate and promote local Arts and cultural programs. Courses in the various art forms are offered with supplies and instruction by local and regional artists. Approximately 400-500 students attend these hands-on courses.
