UCHLP Corporation

The University of California Home Loan Program Corporation (Uchlp) administers The mortgage lending activities of The University of California's mortgage Program for faculty and certain senior managers. The daily activities of Uchlp are carried out by employees of The University of California's office of Loan programs pursuant to a services agreement between Uchlp and The regents of The University of California. For The fiscal year ended june 30, 2023, 300 first deed mortgages were funded with an aggregate dollar amount of $295.6 million, and 75 second trust deed mortgages were funded with an aggregate dollar amount of $7.6 million. The primary expense associated with The Corporation is interest expense on advances from The University.
