Program areas at Ukraine War Animals Relief Fund
Fourth Mission March 3, 2023 to April 4, 2023 in Eastern Ukraine and surrounding villages. Four mobile clinics were organized with local veterinarians and volunteers to spay, neuter, vaccinate and microchip 1,495 animals. This was the first mission of 2023, but in total UWARF's fourth mission. Two similar earlier missions in 2022 were completed before UWARF was granted 501(c)3 status as of Sept 30, 2022.
Fifth Mission August 7, 2023 to November 4, 2023 in South-Eastern Ukraine and surrounding villages. Seven mobile clinics were organized with local veterinarians and volunteers to spay, neuter, vaccinate and microchip 2,503 animals. This was the second mission of 2023, but in total UWARF's fifth mission. In total, 8,206 animals treated.
