Program areas at United Way of Marshall County
The United Way of Marshall County, Inc. conducts county-wide fundraising efforts annually to support other local agencies and service providers that address health and human services needs in Marshall County, Indiana. The organization is dedicated to providing funds for charitable, educational, and philanthropic purposes.
United Way of Marshall County formed the Marshall County early childhood coalition and received capacity-building grants to support seven childcare providers including public schools, centers, and home-based programs in providing more seats for high quality preschool through the on my Way pre-k program.
The United Way of Marshall County, Inc. Received grants and donations in response to an overwhelming need for disaster relief. The United Way of Marshall County, Inc. Administered grants and donations to the community to assist in recovering from the economic devastation of measures to control the spread of covid-19 during a global pandemic.
The United Way of Marshall County received a grant to advance efforts and further develop strategic partnerships and collaborations on key issues in education to support lifelong learning and impact on successful families, and healthy communities, in income that will help local families increase available income ; and in health that will improve education and access to information and services related to nutrition and wellness.
