Objective of investing in education: community impact programs ensure that residents have access, equity, and the tools they need to fulfill their academic and career goals whether it be higher education, a trade school, or immediately into a career. We believe all children should be prepared to learn without barriers, perform on grade level, and help students excel in education in today's world.
Objective of investing in health-related programs: equity in access to affordable healthcare is a fundamental right. Health includes not just physical but mental and emotional health. Prevention, education, and diversion programs seeking to overcome obesity, substance use disorders, and an array of mental health conditions are key to solving for some of our communities most complex and challenging issues.
Objective of investing in financial stability and basic needs programs: we believe that basic, essential needs are a right for all individuals and families and not a luxury. Financial planning gives individuals the tools to move from not just surviving but thriving while building a sustainable future for themselves. When we invest in all residents, we create a stronger community with improved quality of life for all.
