Unity Fellowship Breaking Ground

College Readiness, and Access- When equipped with solid quality education, young adults can secure high-paying, stable careers with benefits and advancement potential. This program gives young adults the tools needed to be accepted and successfully matriculate in a post-secondary learning environment. Unity Fellowship Breaking Ground's mission is to invest in the social, educational and physical well being of all New York City young adults in an LGBTQ inclusive environment through economic empowerment for a self-sustaining holistic transition into adulthood.
