New american welcome center: the new american welcome center at the University y works to make our community a place where all immigrants can thrive and flourish. We do this by engaging local institutions and mobilizing community resources to ensure equitable access to services, economic opportunity, and meaningful belong.

Arts & civic dialogue: these programs seek to promote international understanding and cultural understanding by facilitating crucial dialogue and the exchange of cultural practices. These programs also seek to create a global consciousness and promote international service and activism.

Student engagement and leadership development: these programs strive to protect human rights and encourage social justice by informing education and mobilizing others to act to protect human dignity, address systematic inequalities, and advance equality. Programs fight to protect basic political and civil rights and work to make sure basic human needs, such as education and clean water, are met. This also includes the bailey scholarship program; the fund was established from an estate for students who demonstrate a record of leadership and scholarship. the Association receives two-thirds of total trust revenue that is restricted for the administration of a scholarship fund.
