Program areas at Uplift Organization

Uplift's program is to provide meals and basic necessities to homeless in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Three nights each week, the organization sends out volunteers (including Officers and members of the Board) on four routes to serve the homeless. Each night, they hand out hot meals and other survival necessities to 250-400 homeless individuals. Over 40,000 hot meals were served throughout 2022. About 250 individuals support this organization by volunteering their time on these meal routes.
