Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue serves the animal community by providing foster homes, medical treatment, and behavioral assessments to Great Danes in need of forever homes. Regular veterinary care is provided to maintain the health and wellness of the dogs in our care. A health assessment is necessary for all animals that come into our rescue to determine their health status. Specialized training is provided for dogs with undesirable behaviors in order to determine their suitability as a pet. Our organization is located in Eagan, MN.

Program areas at Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue

To maintain the health and wellness of the Great Danes in the rescue it is necessary to provide regular veterinary care. Additionally when dogs com into the rescue a health assessment is necessary to determine the health of the animal and whatever of additional veterinary care may be necessary.
Other supplies and monetary support are provided to foster homes and volunteers
Many of the animals that come into our will have undesirable behaviors or need specialized training in order to determine whether a great dan in our will make a suitable pet an assessment will be done and any training that is necessary will be performed.
