Program Service Accomplishments (2022-2023) Clients Served: 143 youth from Little Village (73%), Hermosa (21.2%), Gage Park (2.6%), North Lawndale (1.8%), Brighton Park (1.2%), and North Lawndale (0.2%). Locations: New Life Centers of Chicagoland, Piotrowski Park, and La Villita Park. Programming Duration: Year-round; 2 days a week from October to March and daily from March to September. Activity Objectives: Short-term: Provide platforms for youth activities otherwise unavailable or unaffordable in their communities. Long-term: Expand programs by recruiting more mentors, aiming to help 850 youth by the end of 2025. Offer wrap-around services like financial literacy, mental health therapy, and academic assistance through partnerships with Rincon Family Services, universities, and financial institutions.
