Program areas at Us Dream Academy

U.sUs.s. Dream Academy mission is to inspire and invest in the lives of children of incarcerated parents and families in communities harmed by systemic inequities. U.sUs.s. Dream Academy learning centers are located in under-invested neighborhoods - where young people are growing up amidst high rates of poverty and often higher than average rates of crime in their communities. U.sUs.s. Dream Academy offers in-school programs along with a safe place to go every day after school. We include academic support, mentors, Dream building activities, leadership opportunities, and a place to explore new options for their future. Young people commit an additional 11 - 15 hours a week to dedicate themselves to skill building, character building and preparing for their future dreams.
