Program areas at Us4Warriors

Live Aim Group Program: Fueled by a team of over 750 volunteers, the Warrior Volunteer Force completes monthly community service projects, such as bringing a community together to help repair a veteran's home, services that assist local veteran centers, hosting consistent community service projects for a 325 bed Veterans Retirement Home facility that uplifts & maintains quality of life for hundreds of senior veterans, providing key support teams for two local homeless service events assisting over 1800 homeless veterans each year, coordinating teams that assist with local health fairs & military school support events helping hundreds of children & providing basic assistance support for junior military, veterans & families in need. Operating in a geographic location that has been designated as one of the highest costs of living areas in the nation, we aim to help uplift the community with engaged events and services to support active-duty military, veterans and their families who found themselves challenged during limitations of life during an unprecedented time of struggles within the community during these past several years, pandemic and economic hardships during the post-pandemic era.
Prosper Aim Group Program: The Prosper Program bundles several project training and support those in need of the elements that can lead to them becoming self-reliant. From job support through Work4Warriors services with assessments, educational and informational forums, seminars and workshops that lead veterans to prosperous outcomes, efforts bring together tools and resources covering topics, such as, budget and financial training, job and career assistance, military-to-civilian assistance, veteran owned business opportunities and sessions that help remove roadblocks to initiatives that help self-reliance transcend to prosperity in the lives of those who have given of themselves in service of our country and their families. These services were provided at in-person offerings and virtual sessions online. These services not only help veterans seeking career changes, but also active-duty military who are transitioning to civilian life and reintegrating into the communities where they choose to live. These services and the community collaborations surrounding them have shown to be critical for the prosperity of active-duty military and veterans living in an area with not only the highest concentration of military and veterans in the country, but also receiving strategic services from our organization which operates from headquarters within a designated area with high unemployment per California statistics.
Food4Warriors: The Food4Warriors Program bundles several ongoing projects to provide service to active-duty military & veterans and their families. Within the veterans community, efforts help economically disadvantaged, homeless, elderly, disabled & their children. Each month, the team travels two times to 1 of 12 locations in San Diego County to provide 24 food distributions with groceries & assistance items to thousands each year. Also, the team partners with U.S. Dept of Veterans Affairs to deliver dietary-approved groceries monthly to 8 clinics & other service locations within the San Diego County area in support of the local VA's "Food Empowerment Program" for those with medical conditions worsened by food insecurity, including homeless veterans. Our Care4Warriors project provides specially-packed groceries & basic needs for homeless veterans at Veteran homeless events and special distributions serving over 1800 each year. Pantry4Warriors helps keep food on-hand for direct support, including a daily "Safe Pantry Pick-Up" with pre-packed groceries for families. Feast4Warriors project provides groceries & basic needs during holiday events.
