Program areas at Utah Association of Realtors
Public & members awareness campaign: due to competitive pressure from mom realtor advocates in connection with the sale of real estate, the uar conducts a public and member awareness campaign designed to educate on the value of realto services, particularly to the sellers of real estate. This campaign consists of perodic radio, tv, billboard, and other activities that general publicity relating to the value of these services.
Conferences, meetings and leadership training: Association leadership participated in various national Association of Realtors meetings and training sessions needed to assist the local state boards and associations. Meetings were held with each local board for purposes of training and leadership developments. Leadership seminares were also held for members with aspirations of participating in leadership positions at both the state and local board levels.
Uar state convention: the annual state convention was held in august of 2021, in which attendees received updates on the status of various legislative issues impacting the state of the real estate industry, were able to participate in education and classes needed for continuing education requiremetns, and received training in various leadership and committee assignment activities. In addition, executive committee and annual meetings were held and the business of the Association was transacted.
