Utue

This is a year of infrastructure where we continued to develop cloud based service linked to a salesforce crm (customer relationship management) database and begin the development of a new web site for utue.org. We have developed our living lighter water aerobics program with regular emails and a continuing program to build the list for our water aerobics constituency. In addition, we continue to witness individual breakthroughs in our continuing one-on-one program. These types of behavioral improvements are rare to non-existent with conventional strategies. These breakthroughs are helping us create a program that moves beyond one-on-one work to work with groups and expand our reach.
