Valiant Cross Academy

Establish, maintain, and operate a modern private school in which pupils will be taught and trained in all proper and required scholastic, academic, literary and scientific subjects from grade 6 though grade 12. Valiant Cross Academy will provide education services that will include: academic instruction and evaluation, exposure to the arts, community involvement and athletic training.

Receive and administer funds for scientific, educational, and charitable purposes and to that end take and hold by bequest, devise, gift, grant, purchase, lease or otherwise, either absolutely or jointly with any other person, persons, or corporation, any property, real, personal, tangible, or intangible, or any undivided interest therein, without limitation as to amount or value. Apply from time to time the principal thereof and the income therefrom exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, cultural, or educational purposes by such agencies.
