Program areas at Valley Leadership Corporation

Catalyze sets up arizonans to take action in the community. The program helps leaders build a foundation to better understand themselves, their Leadership skills and the issues facing Arizona. With a virtual format and multiple session dates, participants engage when and where it works best for them. And, they have the opportunity to deepen relationships through in-person and virtual social events.
Impact maker program connects, leverage, and mobilizes leaders to have meaningful impact on the most pressing issues facing Arizona. The impact maker is an innovative model that allows us to solve challenges collaboratively and achieves the vision for the Arizona we want.
Explore takes leaders out of their community and their comfort zone to get to know the great diversity of the state and how our most pressing issues show up in rural, urban, suburban and native communities. Participants will expand their perspective, knowledge of the issues and have the time and space to forge strong relationships and build connections in all corners of the state.
Man and woman of the year event honors an outstanding man and woman each year, for the past 74 years, for their long-term contribution and commitment to the community. Honorees comprise a list of the most notable and influential leaders in the phoenix metro area over the last sevens decades. Honorees epitomize the type of leaders Valley Leadership is developing in their other programs.
