Valley Womens Firefighter Society

Valley Women’s Firefighter Society is a supportive organization dedicated to empowering women to pursue careers in the fire service. It prepares aspiring firefighters physically, mentally, and strategically for success in the hiring process and during training academy completion. The society fosters professional development by offering firefighter training opportunities, circuit workouts, and interactions with guest speakers. Regular meetings provide hands-on skills training, including hose lays, stamina courses, and interview preparation.
