Mets Stand Down is a one day collaboration of events coordinated between local Veterans Organizations and community agencies who serve the homeless and nearly-homeless. The Five Seasons Veteran's Stand Down connects homeless or near homeless Veterans and non-Veterans to services that assist them in transitioning to community living. Provisions and services provided by the Five Seasons Veteran's Stand Down are meals, clothing, tissues, pens, neck wallets, bags, bottles, Goodwill Vouchers, Target gift cards, Hy-Vee gift cards, Wal-Mart gift cards, and transportation. The Five Seasons Veteran's Stand Down connected organizations with nearly 171 participants
