Vandalia Health, Inc. Provides strategic direction, oversight and coordination of the activities of its subsidiaries - charleston area medical center, Inc. and affiliates - which together comprise Vandalia Health, an integrated Health care delivery system. On september 1, 2022, Vandalia completed a corporate reorganization whereby camc and mon Health systems combined to create a single Health care system called Vandalia Health. The system recently welcomed davis Health to the system in 2023. Three Health systems that have strong west Virginia roots. The Vandalia network is comprised of 17 hospitals, three hospital affiliates and more than 190 outpatient locations.
