Program areas at Verde Village Community Connection

Spearhead a "Septic to Sewer Feasibility Analysis" which will develop a committee, including members and local experts, to oversee a qualified water resource planner who will develop a feasibility analysis for conversion of existing septic tanks to a treated wastewater system. The Feasibility Analysis will evaluate options for connecting to existing wastewater treatment facilities compared with building a new facility. The Feasibility Analysis will determine how a wastewater collection would need to be designed across the varied terrain, identify other utilities that need to be considered, estimate cost of building a system, and determine what permits would be required for construction. This work will allow VVPOA to work towards an improve wastewater management for the improvement of water quality.
