Membership program - Support members through an ongoing commitment to promote and encourage sound business policies and practices that conform to state and federal laws, rules and regulations and help them operate in accordance with these rules and regulations. Sponsors and operates AUTOCAP, a consumer complaint mediation program for member customers.
Educational activities - Program to inform and educate consumers in the business activities of members, and to further the education of potential employees.Work with secondary and post-secondary tech school instructors on continuing education, professional development and maintaining industry standards. Provides financial support for auto tech students based on academic achievement and participation in auto tech competitions regionally and nationally.
Environmental compliance program - Assist members with training and instruction to comply with environmental regulations. On-site Employee Safety Training Program covering industry-related VOSHA and DOL requirements.
