Promoted the Vermont Cheese Council through representation as a sponsor of the good food awards.
Created, managed, and maintained mechanisms to promote Vermont cheesemakers/cheese. This programming included, but was not limited to, radio advertising, social media marketing, media outreach/promotion, the Vermont Cheese Council's online sales directory, the Vermont Cheese Council website, the Vermont Cheese trail, and the hunt - an event to promote and drive Vermont residents and tourists both to visit Vermont cheesemakers, the Vermont Cheese trail, local farmers markets, and local Cheese retailers in Vermont.
Presented the 1st Vermont Cheese summit at shelburne farms, shelburne, vt. The two-day event is focused on connecting Cheese wholesale buyers and food professionals to Vermont cheesemakers through a series of organized site visits, educational programs, and sampling sessions designed to provide time for one-on-one conversations and interactions with Cheese producers here in Vermont.
