The organization provides complementary and integrative healthcare services, including emotional freedom techniques (eft), energy techniques (reiki, qigong and other techniques), clothes-on therapeutic massage, gentle chiropractic care, acupuncture and acupressure, aromatherapy, music and other modalities, trainings and classes (yoga, qigong, mindfulness meditation, art, music) to promote relaxation, comfort and better sleep for veterans, active duty service members, their families and caregivers, and service providers living with post-traumatic stress and chronic pain. The organization's programs include stage 1 integrative immersion process (iip) sessions, stage 2 healty lifestyle trainings, stage 3 classes, service provider trainings and program research and development. Program evaluations have been reported in poster sessions and a paper in a peer reviewed journal, military medicine.
