Scholarships and savings bonds awarded to state winners of our annual oratory and written contests. This contest is open to any school aged child grades 7-12, usual number of participants is about 200. Also a scholarship is awarded to a son or daughter of a 60% disabled veteran.
Incentives to our members for recruiting new members and grant to our state service officers for books and computers.
Memorial flowers, needs to hospitalized Veterans, needs for Veterans in our two state Veterans homes, needs for active duty Veterans and families, dues to other vets organizations, special picnic for all Veterans held in conjuction with other vets organizations and the state governors office.
