Program areas at VetJobs

The organization's mission is two-fold. First we attract transitioning military, veterans, national guard, and reserves into the program. Once they are registered, the organization provides assistance and services needed to facilitate job placement. This includes a robust train2hire program for gap skills training, and a recruiter connect program.
The employer engagement program was designed by ceo, dan kloeppel and president deb kloeppel in an effort to generate additional revenue through employer interactions with Vetjobs & military spouse jobs including paid job postings, marketing and advertising to our candidate base. This construct operated from september 2022 - april 2023, when Vetjobs & military spouse jobs returned to its traditional business model of serving veterans and military affiliated job seekers along with employer partners at no cost.
The organization trained active duty, u.s. service members, and veterans, through a specific microsoft based program, on software development, tester, server and cloud administration in order to prepare them to potentially work for microsoft or one of its participating companies.
