Working with youth through its Heirs To Our Ocean program (h2oo) To inspire the next generation of leaders by connecting them in purpose, educating them on the environmental and humanitarian crises they are inheriting, cultivating necessary skills To make real-world change and supporting youth in realizing solutions To today's global challenges. H2oo works To achieve its vision where all youth understand the world they are inheriting and are capable of creating a healthier, safer world for themselves and future generations. It offers full scholarships To undeserved youth around the world To attend its educational, skill-building and connection workshop and summit opportunities.

H2oo's annual international flagship 2-week intensive youth leader convening - summit for empowerment action & leadership (seal) 2022 - occurred in-person in northern California in the trinity mountains. 8 of 11 youth received need-based scholarships, including travel, To attend. The all-female team backpacked the pacific coast trail developing primitive way skills including fire making, learning deeply about the one-water system on planet earth from the perspective of mountains, overcame challenges connecting with each other in survival experiences, and connected deeply with nature understanding the indigenous lands they trekked upon.
