Sheltered 10 veterans families, 3 dependents: 4268 bed nights of shelter. Case management goals-327 permanent housing services, 128 hudvash services, housing search,application assist, 55 physical and mental healthcare navigation services, 102 employment workshop services and supports, 113 va compensation services, 139 services to increase income, 62 benefits applications, 102 employment services, 161 life skills services, 54 calvet home application & senior services, 18 family support services, 123 ssvf connections 16 legal services. Provided 15 affordable housing units to low income, homeless or at risk individuals: 985 bed nights of shelter.permanently housed 11 homeless/at risk households and provided support services, furniture & utility/rental subsidies. Permanently housed 40 veterans and 23 family members.9 veterans & 11 family memebers were at risk of homelessness while 31 veterans & 12 family members were homeless, $92000 in financial assistance.
Provided 250 services for on the job training to 12 underemployed, unemployed, or under skilled individuals in the construction trade. Provided case management to achieve employment goals such as; hvac certifications, navigating classes for licensing and gaining skills to obtain gainful employment on a long term basis.supports include; training on punctuality, professional communication with co-workers and supervisors, creative problem solving, conflict resolution, appropriate clothing for the job, care of equipment/tools, and personal responsibility.
