Womens programs include empowering young Women to lead change, educating young Women in civic engagement and community activism; young womens health and self management, personal healthcare; and the womens knitting group, a weekly program for Women of all ages looking for an opportunity to socialize and connect with their community over coffee, tea, snacks, and creative knitting projects.mens programs including mentoring for leadership of african men. Aimed at men of all ages immigrating from africa, this course educates men in civic engagement, helps them manage stress and navigate culture shock, and encourages them to build healthy relationships with their families and communities through teamwork.american youth mentoring program. Designed for new americans ages 15 to 24 who have been in the u.s. for less than five years. Participants will be matched with a trained mentor who will help guide them through challenges of moving to a new country.
