Voan develops leadership skills among members of the community experiencing poverty to enable them to be productive members of society. Voan participates in education of the community on a range of issues impacting poverty and community development, and offers a range of supports to persons impacted by incarceration.voan manages a program called Accompanying Returning Citizens with Hope (arch).
