The Virginia cash campaign provides free income tax preparation services to lower-income individuals and families. Grants are provided to eighteen coalitions.
Vacap leads an innovative Partnership between Community Action agencies, diaper banks and other key local and regional partners in richmond,hampton roads, williamsburg and swva that combines diaper distribution and wraparound services to families with funding from the office of Community services (ocs) within the administration for children and families at the department of health and human services.
Increase effectiveness of human services delivery through whole family approach wrap around services including digital upskilling programs through training and technical assistance.
