To decrease disparities in life outcomes for marginalized communities of color, and to address the disproportionate long-term destructive impact of the War on Drugs in those communities by promoting economic empowerment through equitable ownership, employment and the realloction of excise tax revenue in all five sectors of the cannabis industry. To bring awareness to the minority communities of the business opportunities in the Virginia cannabis industry, the following program services were provided to participants 1 Opened a boot camp on cannabis entrepreneurship training 2 Provided business plan writing courses 3 Conducted five educational events in minority communities and 4 Utilized video plaform for leadership training, testing and feedback on business skills courses.
