Capacity building fund - designed to enhance the effectiveness of directors, officers and staff of other nonprofits through consulting and education. In a calendar year, recipients can utilize two of the four capacity building options: 1)consulting support 2)consulting support with development consultant 3)national conference attendance 4)leadership training
