Visitors Oakland

Visit Oaklands mission is to increase tourisms economic impact to Oakland throughdestination development and brand management. The organization is tasked to increasetourism, and in turn increase the tourism taxes that directly benefit the City ofOaklands general fund. Additionally, as a marketing organization, Visit Oaklandprovides an overarching destination brand and betters the perception of thedestination through positive media coverage. This brand management, sales and publicrelations outreach ultimately increases leisure travel, businesses travel, groups,meetings, conventions, sporting events and new economic development for the City ofOakland.
